Smile outlets wont work

i am renting out my camper since i wont be using it until summer, and the man renting has called and told me that none of the outlets are working. i will be on my way to check this out shortly but was just wondering if anyone knows off hand what this is from? he said he check the GFI in the bathroom and it is ok, he claims the light are all working but it may be just running off of the battery, and i dont know whether to say if the heater/ac is working because he is outta propane, altho today he may have needed ac since it was 80 degrees!!! any help is appreciated, as i have to drive 30 miles just to check into this!

There are usually two GFI's, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen/living area. That's most likely the problem, but you may also want to check to make sure all the circuit breakers are functional and that the power cord is properly plugged in and the pins are not burned/pitted.

Check the GCFI in the bathroom. It is usually hooked up to all receptacles.

All outlets are not fed by the GFCI breaker, only the ones that are subject to moisture and would present a shock hazard, bathroom kitchen, and outside.
My trailer has outlets that are fed by the microwave breaker and also the one feeding the converter.

The OP needs to check the 30A breaker in the trailer and the one at the power source. That's all that is common to all wall receptacles.

It would be beneficial to know if any of the AC appliances work.
