Tv mounting

I have a spot that says there it is ready for a mounting bracket. What is behind the wall

TV Mount

I would imagine a suitable stud, board or plate the manufacture designated to mount the TV....

Either plywood or studs use a shorter screw or bolt no longer than 1"
