Slide Floor

Hey, a new 2013 333MKS with a dinette/sofa slide on the right side of the unit.
Two items, when it is going out the bottom comes out quit a ways before the top begins to move, usual?
Second, the dinette is 90 degrees to the large window and when you pull the chairs out to get into the chair closest to the window the floor is very soft, makes you think you're gonna fall right thru, usual??
Appreciate any feedback.
Thanks
Phil

Soft Floor

I own a 2011 318SAB. If you walk next to the table the water in your glasses will splash out. I'm out of warranty, so I'm stuck.
