First Warranty Issues

Well We love our 293 SAB.. Took it in for the bike rack, and faded cap. The bike rack has never seen more than two children's bike and my wife's. the square sliding support arms have BENT!! The service advisor said they are sending me a replacement rack.. But I think it will do the same thing.. Also what is a fix for the front cap fading??? Do they polish it or paint it??

If you have the pull-out sliding rack, I wouldn't recommend putting 3 bikes plus the spare tire on it. Instead, I would take the spare tire and place it in the bed of the truck. Once this pull-out rack is fully extended with bikes and spare tire, there is just too much weight that is not adequately supported - especially since it will be subjected to more bouncing up and down and stress.
I think you may be right in your assessment that "it will do the same thing".
I'd look at having a hitch receiver welded or bolted to the frame and inserting a reputable bike rack into the receiver rather than carrying them and the tire on the extended pull-out.
