Hello
Just bought the new rig...looking to get all kinds of info. Been in the RV world a long time and have owned just about every size available, including 37' motorhome. Thx

Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on the new fifth wheel. That’s a big fifth wheel for an f250…don’t take it the wrong way…I wish you all the best but I found out the hard way that I was over my truck specs on my smaller fifth wheel….anyway there is a lot of good people on the forum and a whole lot of info on truck capabilities.. might want to visit a CAT scale before you head out. I want to take a trip up to Massachusetts before the summer is out…I like Cape Cod and Falmouth..but I’m sure the whole state is beautiful

Thanks Jasin....it's all within specs, did a pretty thorough spreadsheet on the weight but always appreciate the insight. Mass is beautiful, especially western Ma, the Pioneer Valley (Connecticut River runs though it) and the Berkshires...lots to see, Thanks

Donnie welcome. I hope you aren't using the "published pin weight" in your spreadsheet as that's no where near a realistic number. The gvw on that 39' trailer is 14K. A "typical " pin weight is around 23% of the actual (not empty)trailer weight. That pin weight would be close to if not over 3,000 lbs. and that doesn't include the hitch.
Do yourself a favor and get the real weights from a scale. Stay safe and enjoy.
