I never found any evidence of leaking nor did the dealer when they inspected it. Long story short, Keystone has offered to replace the floor with a different product. I’m told this was an issue with the type of floor used for a number of years. Was wondering if anyone can share experiences with sending the unit back to Indiana and your satisfaction with the repair. Thank you for any input on this issue.

There has been a number of posts about the process if you do a search on the forum…sorry to hear about your troubles but glad keystone is taking care of it..I think the general consensus is it takes quite a bit of time …they do a good job on the floor but some have said that when they put the unit back together it’s been mixed results as far as quality control…some cosmetic damage and things that need to be corrected once it was returned.
But all in all you get a trailer that is structurally sound again
