2019 cougar 28SGS with by pass valve in water managment panel
Try to winterize the unit and for some reason the pump does not suck the antifreeze
I am used to winterize plugging straight to the pump (on cyclone) but the cougar has those by pass valves which I think will be great.
I even connect two hoses at each of the connection and it still not do it
Here is a picture of the water managment panel
As you see there ar three connection. One is for the black tank flush
One is for the city connection
I plug the antifreeze into the third one and evne into the city connection

If you are putting a hose on the city water intake and trying to pump in pink stuff, the check valve on the input causes issues that the water pump can not over come. Get a hose washer with the screen and form it to stick out as much as possible. Install it backwards, that is with the screen pushing in on the check valve in the UDC. Worked for me!

So you are basically plugging the city water inle.
I will call keystone as I am worry that the line from the tank ( at the rear of the 5th wheel) to the pump (about 20 feet away from tank) will not be filled with antifreeze but will have water

You can hook up an air compressor to the city water line and blow it out. Also open fall of you were low point drains.
Also I would connect my hose to your outside water outlet, turn your winterize valve to on, insert your hose into the antifreeze. Then make sure your water pump is turned on and open the valve. If you don't do all that won't pump.
If you use your outside faucets to start with that will be easier to see and monitor.

Story continue
I went to a dealer in Denver and they said i am doing correctly and it should worked!!!
So I called Keystone and talked to Customer service. same they don't understand why it does not work.
I asked them for a diagram of the piping to trouble shot it. they do not have one!!!!! I am not sure if this is true, but if it is, I am not surprised that I have issue winterizing.
As it was going to freeze overnight I did not take a chance, bought 6 gallons of antifreeze, dumped them in the fresh water tank, and run every faucet.
I only kept the water heater on the by pass mode.
I will send an official letter to Keystone

I have the same camper and I could not get it to work either.
It should work but it doesn’t.
The arrows point to the inlet that should be used and the lever that should be used.

I had the same issue and resolved it by priming the hose first (connect one end to the hose to the control panel inlet and then fill the other end of the hose with antifreeze using a funnel). Then put the other end into the Antifreeze jug. Turn on the Water Pump and it should pressurize the lines with antifreeze.
