This the tankless in demand surburban water heater . It is gas not electric. The surburban control pad has a power source which I'd assume is on a fuse

The Suburban IW60 runs off of 12 volt - not AC.

That’s what it sounds like to me..but I would still check your fuses by your main breaker.

I hope this helps..please let me know when you resolve this problem.

Having trouble with my controller also. Temp only goes to 122 instead of 130 now, and when turning on the recirculation pump the symbol does not come on but the pump does work. The heater works great. Called Suburban and was told they don't have technical support anymore (wow)! I would buy a new controller if I knew this is the problem. Called my dealer and was told they have never had a problem with a controller, they said as long as the heater is working fine to just ride it out? Not sure if it is worth trying a new controller or just hope it doesn't take a crap on me?

Update,
Just so happened my in-command was having issues too, some things would work like awnings and slides but no water pump or lights. I have never had a problem like that, so I did a hard reset and that solved the in-command issue and now my heater controller works like it should also. I know in-command has nothing to do with the water heater so who knows what was up!
