Unhappy Radio won't turn on

Hi There

My radio quit working in my 2014 Kestone Hideout 38 BHDS about 2 weeks ago. My daughter accidentally hit the switch to bring in the bedroom tip-out and the radio stopped working at the same time. I don't know if the two are related but I thought I would mention that. There are no lights on in the fuse box so I'm pretty sure none are blown. I checked all the 15 Amp fuses and they seem to be fine. I also flipped off and on the master switch and that didn't have any affect. Plus... the TV still works fine.
Does anyone have any other ideas as to why it won't work?
I saw in another forum something about a reset switch. I'm going to see if my Jensen radio has one of those.

Thank you in advance for your help.

There is probably an "in line fuse" located in the red "12VDC power line" located behind the radio unit (in the radio wiring harness). Remove the radio and look for a fuse holder in the red wire.

Or in the unit itself where the harness plugs in.

I can confirm I have a 10 AMP inline fuse right behind my radio. That is a good place to check if the wire is live if your fuse is good.

You've been given good advice on looking for the fuse. Your daughter hitting the slide out switch is not related. The television is a 120vac appliance and the radio is a 12vdc appliance so they are not related.

I would ask if all the other 12vdc equipment is working OK such as lights, slides, fans, etc.
