2011 Outback Interior Seams

I have 2 areas on the interior wallboard seams that appear to have come loose slightly behind the tape where the boards meet. One is in a straight wall un the rear of the unit and the other is in the domed front cap where the wall is rounded for a bunk bed.

In BOTH cases, the decorator matching seam tape is not separated. By simply pressing on the wall board, it returns to a full tight position. Before I try and have the tape removed and wall ?? reglued?? , has anyone had experience in using small screws to secure this type of separation? I see glue as at least best option with temperature changes and movement.

I looked for a previous Keystone thread on this forum. No luck.

Comments appreciated.

Hi Mac
I had the same problem on seam below rear window in rear bedroom. I just used a staple gun and sunk about four 3/8" staples. Tight as a drum now and you can't really see the staples unless you look for them. I have also stapled a few other loosened ifnterior items and the staples hold well.

Loose Seams

Steve, sounds like a winner. I will try this approach. BTW; what other areas did you staple? You and I have the same model.
