Who told you to use it? It's a biobased grease, I'm guessing you could use itvon any metal to metal contact point.

When I towed TTs years ago I never knew there was a specific grease for the WDH, I used whatever general purpose grease I had in the garage & the hitch never fell apart. Regardless for what you use it's a greasy black mess to handle or rub into.
As for general RV lubricant I carried silicone spray that I used on about everything that needed lubed & a grease gun with high temp grease in it, this took care of what the silicone didn't. Leave the WD40 at home, it's for rusted bolts & cleaning tar off your car, no place for it in a rv IMO.
As for slide seals & all other rubber gaskets I used Pledge (actually dollar store imitation) furniture polish as recommended by the factory technicians to clean/condition them.

This is the hitch I have. They said to use it in the Zerk fittings?

Probably for the same reason there's a "BP sunburst" on the inside of every Ford fuel tank door.....

After all, Delta Airlines is the "proud sponsor of the Atlanta Braves"... Likely the same reason Blue Ox recommends that specific grease, Chrylser recommends Mopar, Ford recommends Motorcraft and GM recommends Delco...

Typically manufacturers of products that require lubrication will "Partner" with a company to test and promote their lubricant. As long as you use another brand with the same "specs" your ok. There's nothing special about that brand.

Great, I will use what I already have in my grease gun. I was hoping to use the same grease for the ball as well.

On another note I always use nitrile gloves when greasing. Any high temp high pressure grease should do IMO

The "Ultra Lube 10314 Moly EP Biobased Grease" is a all purpose lithium based grease fortified with Moly. The Moly extends the operating pressures and temperatures the lubricant will perform satisfactorily at. It is not a truly waterproof grease and the packaging information I could find did not recommend it for wheel bearings although some greases of this combination are rated for wheel bearings. The brass/bronze bearings in the Blue Ox WD hitch are a ideal candidate for this grease. If I were specifying a lubricant for this application I would find one with stronger water proof characteristics, Marine Grease.

Where else can you use this grease? Pump it into the spring shackle bolts.
