Bed room slide out

2018 Cougar 367fl
Trailer is stationary and slide has only been operated about 10 times without issue . When closing for the winter all slides closed as normal wife tried to open bedroom slide and all we hear is a motor/ gear noice no movement . I tried big kitchen slide and it still works so I am assuming Battery is ok and we are still hooked up to electrical . Just want to be prepared for next year when it’s time to open back up any thoughts or advise would be appreciated. Or maybe how to manually open it because it is left open all summer. It is a cable system

What kind of slide mechanisms do you have on that slide? Cable? Schwintek? Perhaps post a pic. That will make it easier to help diagnose. At first blush it sounds like the gear might have come loose so the motor runs but nothing happens.

Could be the gearbox. You should have an override tool, I would try to move the slide using it. Post up results.
