If you can access the underside of the steps, you can either add screws or use a shim to quiet down the stairs. The floor is going to be a little harder.
Take done the underbelly and look for a floor joist running across the trailer at or near the creak. If you have access (no tanks in the way) installing a shim will be easy. If your floor is carpet, I would inspect the underbelly and find the joist, then pull the carpet back, drive a self tapping screw into the joist and put the carpet back.
