Keystone hideout fresh water keeps on draining

So we just bought a keystone hideout and we went to fill the fresh water. But it keeps on draining out and we can't find the valve to shut the drain off. Help!!!!

On most other Keystones, the drain for the fresh water tank is just a piece of pex tubing sticking out of the bottom of the trailer with a cap on it. On my trailer, it is a Flair-It fitting which is readily available at your RV dealer.

Some models have a valve on the drain for the fresh water tank. If that is the case with your Hideout, you may have to call the dealer to determine the location. Generally, the valve is reasonably close to the fresh water fill.

Did your dealer discuss this drain with you during your PDI?

Our dealer put the drain cap inside the water heater door when we pick it up and I just had to screw it on when ready to use.

It is just a plug where the water flows out under the trailer when you drain it. Look under the trailer when you fill the fresh water tank. Can't miss it. Get a plug the fits in the fitting.
