LED strips

Has anyone added one of the new (to me) LED light strips under the awing track or on the awning roller? Our boat and camper show this weekend had a number of campers with these strips installed. About 16' long and 300 led's. How did you wire them in, and what type of switch to turn them on. They are kind of neat and draw 24 watts, 12v. Not quite like pink flamingo's, but will do!!!! Thanks

Check the auction site. You can find them with the power supply for 12 volt or 110volt for @ $ 40.00 shipped to your door. They are very easy to install with the 3M double sided tape already on them. Took me less than 10 minutes to install. The kids love to make them flash different colors, looks like a big disco party in the woods.
