We recently purchased a new 2021 keystone sprinter 3550 ml, pulled with a 3/4 ton gmc duramax slt. Will have to say, this is probably a brand we will never purchase again, such poor quality workmanship and quality control. 2nd mistake was buying it from a camperworld. Been working on it since day 1 bringing it home 3 weeks ago, first trip out had to work on it more.

Welcome to the forum!

I think you will find posts very similar to yours on every RV forum with regard to quality. It's the nature of the beast and not Keystone specific. Ditto with Camping World - although I think that's more related to the individual dealer you are working with rather than the company as a whole.

Welcome! For every one post from people like yourself there is 100 from people who are happy with the brand..( I’m happy) …go ahead and insert any manufacturers name and google poor quality…you will see there is always people complaining about the craftsmanship.. what kind of problems are you having?
There are people that won’t fix/adjust anything and just send it to the dealer.
I don’t think people like that will ever be happy.
Was it major things?
Yes I know in a perfect world everything should be 100% perfect but rv’s have never followed that business model.
They have been trying to meet the demand of the publics new interest in camping while simultaneously dealing with a workforce that would rather collect unemployment..
I save the dealer for major issues and search forums for fixes to other known problems.
Often times the problems are appliance related and not construction quality.
( those manufacturers are facing the same issues)
And if your doing the repairs yourself? Well that’s just part of owning an rv/boat/ home etc
I’d sell your rig now if your that unhappy ..maybe you’ll get lucky with another manufacturer..good luck

Welcome from northern MN. Makes me wonder if the factory is rushing to assemble these units because they are so far behind?
