Grey water tank leaking

I have a 26 BRSWE, when grey water tank gets close to full grey water runs out of black insulation pad under trailer

Probably cracked or could be like mine was and a screw was left on top which wore a hole into the top of it. Probably need to drop the coroplast and put some eyes on it. What year is your trailer?
