Grey water tank leaking

I have a 26 BRSWE, when grey water tank gets close to full grey water runs out of black insulation pad under trailer

Probably cracked or could be like mine was and a screw was left on top which wore a hole into the top of it. Probably need to drop the coroplast and put some eyes on it. What year is your trailer? If you use the user CP in the upper left corner and put your truck and trailer info in your signature it helps everyone answer your questions more appropriately.
