Given the fact that the slide roof has very little support on one of the long sides, I'd be very leery of standing on it at all, regardless of weight.

I use a long handled car wash brush to sweep debris off the roof if needed. And I use an extension ladder if I have to reach the top for any other reason.

Why would you need to stand on the roof of your slide? I can easily reach everything from roof-side or out side.

You can also reach most of the slide roof from inside the trailer with the room in. If I have to pull the room in and it's raining I stand on a stepstool inside and wipe it down with a towel.

I've been walking on mine every time we "roll up" to sweep off debris. It seams to be sturdy, and I figured if you can sit 4 people at the table and 2 on the couch(both in the slide-out), then it can hold me.

Still don't see a reason to have to stand on the roof of the slide out

The roof and the floor are entirely different structures, the floor is supported on the outside by the Slide out wall, and the structure of the slide out beams. The inside edge is supported along it's entire length by the edge of the trailer floor.

The roof on the out side is supported by the outside wall also, this edge might support your weight.
The inside edge is at most supported by the fascia board of the slide out, not exactly the strongest support.

I see no reason to walk on the slide out roof.
