electric awning
2012 272BHS rolled in and out no probs rolled out very slow at the fully extended point the awning motor just clicks now awning is fully extended and cant retrieve islolated motor by putting power supply directly to plug and still no movement just clicking anybody help

Is it connected to a CHARGED battery? I've seen that when folks try to just use shore power with no battery connected. Just a thought.
