Monitor panel

Second post for me today.
I have a 2015 Keystone impact toy hauler and I’m extremely disappointed with the monitoring panel. I know that they’re not very reliable but this thing is a joke. You need to use the tip of your pinky or something to push these recessed buttons to check anything. What’s worse is you have to wiggle the button to give you any reading.

Not sure if image will show up.
Question is Have any of you replaced the panel and if so what did you replace it with?

Well, looks like rocker switches on your panel so not sure what the issue is with pushing anything. The idiot lights for the tanks and batter monitor and DSI go to a plug on the back of the switch which plugs into a harness so it would be a bit of work to switch to a different brand. We have a four tank KIB monitor panel in our camper. This one shows the back and I would be hard pressed to use some other brand as the tank sensor wires won't be fun to run new ones. This guy is similar to ours but the ad shows pictures of the rear of the unit.

Take the panel out and check the circuit board. Make sure it’s fully seated, if it isn’t often times it will be the issue you described.

This won't help you much but.....why worry with it?? I've never had one that was accurate by any means and they were just a cause of frustration until I learned the trick.....I NEVER look at it!

I agree Danny but what aggravates me is when my fresh water tank hits 1/3 while boon docking and I’m out unpacking the 20 gallon gravity flow custom blue water Blatter.

Yeah. I used to, and I'm sure you did as well, boondock without any kind of "monitor panel" so had nothing to look at. Had the spare water and when I ran out just hooked it up. Always knew it was going to happen, never knew when -and it was always right when it was most inconvenient!

This is the control panel in our trailer.

The tank buttons stick out and lately one or 2 of them are starting to require "wiggling" to actually get a tank reading.

Mine are recessed push buttons, very hard to wiggle with shaky hands.
I don’t care much about the grey/black water tanks but would like my freshwater to read.
I did order a new board hoping button will not need to be wiggled to make it work. We shall see.
