How to access Water Pump (Keystone Laredo 298SRL)

Hello All,

I have Keystone Laredo 298SRL. Does anybody know how to get to the water pump ? I am trying to winterize the RV but cannot seem to find out how to get to the water pump.

Thanks
Denjee

I am guessing it will make it easier to figure this out if you go to the UserCP and (upper left on the black stripe on each page) and add a signature with your year, make and model and same for your tow vehicle. On my camper, which is a rear kitchen, I just need to remove two screws on left most (facing rear) bottom panel under the kitchen counter (we have rear kitchen). A short hose connects the water fill fixture to the pump and from the pump water goes to hot water tank and cold water faucets, toilet and shower. My pump is easily accessed but your camper configuration may make it more of a challenge; especially if you have one of those "stations" in mid camper with limited access on the rear to check to see where the hose goes. That is why I recommended you put your camper / truck info in your signature as there are probably folks with the same model.

Every rig is different, but on our Alpine you go into the front basement, remove the screws that hold in a wall, take down the wall, and voila!, you are looking at it. But again, that's on our rig...............

If you have water in your fresh water tank, turn on the pump and follow the sound. This might take a few minutes and will require turning on a faucet. If you have a gravity type fresh water fill, the pump is sometimes close by usually in a compartment. Once you hear the pumps location, there may be a false/removable panel to access the pump.
Welcome!! and good luck
