What are these roof vents

So, I have a new to me 2012 Fuzion toy hauler. I went of the roof and found this vent broken. The strange thing is it does not go through the roof and into the ceiling. There is a second one that is exactly the same. Went to camping world to get a replacement. They said they had never seen one like this. I quickly looked online for OEM and could not find (but not sure what to search for as I am not sure what this is). So, see pics and let me know.

Thanks!!!

Those are the attic vent system. They only "open the top decking" to the atmosphere and don't open into the trailer interior, just the "attic"...

It appears you've went under low branches or something to break them off, usually they vibrate loose, yours appear to have the center bolt broken off.
Once replaced put a drop of thread lock on the center bolt to prevent them vibrating off in the future.
I would recommend not asking any future questions of that CW. Those attic vents have been on longer RVs, maybe others also, for several years & they've never seen them??

Ya that's not right. Better get those fixed and hope no water has been entering.

RV Roof Mushroom Vent w/water guard Used on Keystone RV Trailers ... $17.00 or less on Amazon.

It's a sad day when Google knows more than a RV supply house like CW.
