Maxxair 7500K MaxxFan

Has anyone had any experience with the Maxxair 7500K MaxxFan with Remote Control?
Thinking of getting one over the Fantastic Fan.
Any issues, problems, likes or positives?
Thanks in advance.

I installed ours over a year ago and it has been problem free and one of our favourite modifications. My DW cannot reach the controls on the ceiling vents so the remote is very handy. I also keep the remote next to our bed so I can adjust the fan speed at night without getting out of bed.

Ours is installed near our stove where a non-power vent was originally from the factory. I pulled power from the non-vented stove hood. When cooking, we open the window on the left of the stove and the 7500K MaxxFan is just to the right of the stove, so we get great stove venting without having to cut a hole in the wall for the stove hood.

The hood is also very effective when there is heavy rain. Never had any water make its way into the TT.

Thanks for the come back. I like the idea of the fan being used in the rain. I can let the fan come off and on in the summer by itself without leaving the A/C on (I'm leaving it set on 85) just to keep it from over heating.

It was a toss up for me between the MaxxAir 7500 and Fantastic Vent 7350. It was definitely a nice addition to the trailer and I love the remote. I went with the Fantastic Fan simply because I found it a little cheaper with equal reviews. I did end up getting the protective cover for the fan, so I can run it in the rain, so it kinda evened out, but I have a trailer with black roof accessories and wanted to get the black cover. I'm sure you'll be happy either way, as they are a great addition.

Just a tip, if you want to find a good deal on the Maxx Fan (or any other product for that matter), just add it to your Amazon Wish List and check on it periodically. The price will fluctuate depending on who is selling it, available inventory, etc... I know the Fantastic 7350 usually sells for around $250 on Amazon, but I've seen it as low as $175 at times.
