Missing hitch piece?

Whilst putting my 2008 26BHS for a winter nap today, I noticed that I seem to be missing a piece of the hitch (looks like it's probably just a plug or something). Does anyone know what goes over the round white plug in this picture (and what it might be?) Thanks!

Are you talking about the round, white disc, left and down from the jack?

It looks like one of those round bubble levels?

I am, apologies for my skills in being so vague

There was something there before, but I cannot for the life of me remember what it was - it just looks "different" from before.

I concur, someone glued a plastic bubble level there.
