getting rid of those annoying shakes

got tired of the whole trailer shaking as someone walked around. did my research and decided on the happijac stabilizer system. fairly simple to install with some creativity and about $30 in additional hardware as its a universal bolt on system and every trailer is different. 4 hours and 6 beers later i now have a rock solid unit when you follow the setup procedure provided from happijac. highly recommend.

Who is the manufacturer? I've tried everything else and have about given up. Mine is so bad I can feel it when the Yorkies walk around.

BAL Lock Arms are another brand that do the same thing and are less expensive then JT Strongarms. They do make a difference.

Harbor Freight Option

I'm extremely cheap and always think I can do it better and cheaper. I someone else use Cargo bars from Harbor Freight at about $16 each. I made some mounting brackets to mount them to the trailer and they work great. Just another option if you are low on $ and are good with your hands...

Would love to see some pictures of your setup!

I think I know what your talking about, but it was applied to a 5th wheel? Saw it on another forum as well. I was hoping to do the same and apply it to my TT. The issue is I keep running out of time for projects. That and the HOA only allows for 48 hours, and the DW won't let me break the rules (I doubt anyone would say anything anyways right now).

I had JT StrongArms on our old 5vr. They did a far better job than the kingpin stand. I will be putting a set on our new 5vr.
