Drivers License Required

I've read a lot of posts and I'm still not sure I know the answer. I've read that states differ in what type of drivers license they require. If I have a Minnesota drivers license and I meet the requirements for Minnesota, do I have to worry about pulling my 5th wheel through a state the requires a higher level license?

No, your license for your home state's requirements is all you need. I think the only time may be if minimum age is not met ... but not sure.

In addition to what Hank indicated, if your state had an endorsement for double towing, the reciprocity isn't necessarily recognized in states that do not allow double towing. Generally, if you are towing legally in your state with a single trailer and your license is valid, it's valid to tow a single trailer in any state. Some states have specific trailer requirements that are not recognized. I can think of two, max width and max length. You need to check the towing regulations for the states you will be towing through to verify the equipment, but your license is valid in all states.
