Stovetop cutting board/extra countertop space square pegson bottom keep it in place while towing-glass tiles for backsplash keeps water off wallpaper-towel hooks -WDH head holder keeps grease out of storage area-stabilizer bars made from cargo holder bars(saw this on a mod page, haven't slept in TT since I installed, will have to wait and see how well they work)-replaced plastic latches w stainless steel(broke 2 first month). WDH bars holders(again keeps grease off stuff in storage area, custom made plastic pipe holder thanks Louie! Saw this on a mod page, very clever had to barrow it!

I did the SS latch upgrade some time back. Love the storage idea, have a 5er so don't need it for WD hitch, but would work great for awning poles.

The back splash looks amazing. Definitely want to do that. Did you use regular tile cement or construction adhesive to attach them?

One more

Bought the harbor freight wheel chokes a month ago. Started pondering where to put them, so yesterday welded up a holder.

Will be installing something like that later. Sure beats hauling that hitch back to the trailer storage area.
Don't forget some kind of a locking mechanism. Wouldn't want to lose that hitch n ball while camping..

happy trails,

I just balance them on the Equalizer L- Bracket and hold them on with the hitch clips. Has worked for over 7 years so far.

Happy trails,

Have a little faith

Have a little faith in fellow man! I don't worry about it at the cg. As for home I park behind a locked gate, if they really want it they'll find a way regardless of how I lock it. As for the bars keeps them out of the rain, I have a cover for the head so it won't rust.

Love the trunion bar storage. I also like the hitch storage but I too would worry about getting ready to go home and my hitch being gone.

To lock the hitch drill a hole in the pipe aligned to the hitch hole and use your locking pin

A short piece of 2 1/2" square tubing welded to the bottom of the tongue works great for a hitch holder and allows the use of a locking pin to keep it there. An added benefit, you don't have to lift it as high.
