Hi all!

After 15 years camping in pop-ups, my wife and I have finally moved up to a TT. Just got the thing, and haven't had a chance to take the maiden voyage yet. Currently, just tricking it out in the storage lot. First trip is soon.

We spend a lot of time traveling the countryside attending dog shows, specifically dog agility, dog obedience, and other performance events. My wife is also a dog agility judge, so I spend a lot of time driving her around. We also do a little bit of recreational camping, when we get a chance. So, we spend a lot of time in a camper.

The new rig is a 2022 Keystone Springdale SG266RL, at 28 FT. It always accepts dogs, and I don't mind going barefoot in it. We tow with an older, but very capable 2007 F150 with a 5.4 L V8.

Very excited to get going with the new rig, and happy to have access to a group who has experience with the brand.

We had a 2006 Springdale for 8 years. It was one of the best trailers we ever had. It did not have slides though, or the electronics or wizardry they put in today's campers, and maybe that attributed to it's longevity success with absolutely (and I really mean that), absolutely nothing ever to be fixed other than preventative maintenance.

We traded it when the floor plan no longer worked for us. It was a good choice.

Congrats on getting your new Springdale and hope it serves you well for a long-long time!

Without slides or the electronic gee-gaws, there is almost nothing to complain about in a camper! Those seem to be the #1 and #2 problem areas folks report outside appliances and water rotten floors.
