iRV DVD region

We've got a 2017 Montana with the iRV combo player for DVD, etc. On some disks it barks about the region that it can play in. My laptop has no issue nor does an old DVD player that I have with us for the master bedroom. Does anyone know how to change the region settings in these things? I don't know what it is set to, but I'd like to find out and set it to zero do it will play everything.

Thanks!

There may or may not be any way to change it based on the model number and the firmware version running on the device. I believe you can change it on (some) normal DVD players with magic remote button combinations or chip modifications. No mention of hacks like that for iRV devices anywhere though so it might not be possible.

If your player is not set up for Region 1, somebody ordered the wrong players. Region 1 is the USA and Canada. You should be able to get that replaced.
