Has anyone replaced the 14" steel wheels with aftermarket wheels? It would make it look so much nicer. Anyone know the bolt pattern?

Your 14" wheels are 5x4.5 bolt pattern. Here is the Sendel website, you have many options to choose from.

I have a bullet with wagon wheels as well (although mine are aluminum). As I'm doing at the start of next season, I'd suggest replacing its 14" wheels with 15" wheels and going up on a tire size. Your load rating will increase giving you a bit of safety margin to prevent a trip-ending failure. The axles are another component that manufacturers test the limits on. The longer I own my trailer, the more I realize that Keystone (and the rest) build trailers to "satisfy" safety thresholds. Satisfy is the operative word of coarse.

The OEM wheels are rated at 2040lbs each. The axles are rated to 3500lbs. Carlisle makes the 205/75R14 HD in load range D. IMHO OEM wheels may not look fancy but they have more capacity than needed for the 2810 unless you are upgrading a lot of other things including the axles. Upgrading for looks, now that's another matter. Have at it.

Where did you find the weight for wheels? I have the aluminum wheels, so I'm not sure if it's the same.

The OEM steel wheels are made by Dexstar and have s sticker on them. It also matches the info on the website.

Where's the sticker located? I looked on mine for any type of stamp for PSI or weight, but couldn't find anything.

It is right on the front of my wheels. I don't have the aluminum ones. You can see the sticker in the attached picture. If your dealer gave you the build sheet it may list the brand and model of wheels you have. I'd be surprised if they don't have at least as much load capacity as the steel ones

Keystone buys in bulk and the aluminum wheels on most of their trailer lines are the same make/model of wheel. Of course sizes vary per trailer model, but what's on the Cougar is almost always the same type wheel found on the other brands. Now, after saying that, your wheels may be entirely different than mine.

Anyway, on the aluminum wheels installed on my Cougar, there is a "cast weight limit/size/model number found on the inner part of the wheel spokes. You'll have to remove your wheel from the brake hub to see the information. Here's a picture of my 15" wheel showing the information.

My tire is still off in my garage, from the bolt the other day. I found the rating on mine. It's 1900 lbs. Does it show max PSI anywhere?
