I'm looking for these. 7.5"x13.5" filter. I'm going to attempt to post a picture. We'll see how that works. Click image for larger version

Not really answering your question of where to get the filters but I see some old posts here about Some Alpines having the filters and some not. Looks like some folks fabricated their own filters.

B&T, thanks for bringing up that info. I forgot all about that. At first I didn't think I had filters, but much later inspecting it, I do have the filters, the ones in the picture above. That's what I'm trying to find.

I believe or would think that other Alpine owners have the same type filters.

I have a 2010 Alpine and have filters behind the intakes in the living room

I would like to know if he has the same filters. Thanks

sandy43, Howdy;

Have you checked with the manufacturer's website for the
unit in question ??? Perhaps they can shed some light on your
search.

Why do you need them? I've had mine for almost 2 years and during the summer, I wash them once a week and they are still like new.

hankaye, I did check with the a/c manufacturers. They're not familiar with this type of filter. They think it was a custom job from Keystone, but Keystone doesn't have a clue either.

Doc, It would be difficult to wash them with the paper trim for obvious reasons. Although I could un-staple the filter from the frame to wash it and staple it back on. Haven't thought of that, good idea.

I'm still looking. It's out there somewhere.

Was anyone able to locate a filter housing that would make these filters easier to change?

Just bought an 3555RL and I know these will be an issue down south. We generally have to change ours every week.

A/C Filters

We found the replacement size AC filters at a local RV dealer...not expensive. We vacuum them often in between. Strange placement and pain to open and vacuum. We got the bedroom filter at the same place. We are also in the south and vacuum them weekly.
