Service Department question

Can anyone give me a good reference (either Southeast Missouri or Illinois) on where to take the RV for service whereby the slides were in and waterline in the fridge was leaking (for two weeks) and not only ruined the slide floor but also the main floor. Thank you in advance for your recommendations.

Welcome to the forum... If this is a 2021 trailer, take it to your selling dealership. If they aren't nearby, contact Keystone Customer Service, 2425 Davis Drive, PO Box 2000, Goshen, IN 46527-2000 or call them at (866) 425-4369 (toll free).

If you haven't already done so, consider contacting your trailer insurance company. Chances are very good the trailer is a total loss, or will be as soon as mold starts growing in the water damaged areas. Contacting your insurance company will get them "on your side" no matter whether it's a manufacturing issue or a damage issue.

Do what John suggested immediately. The leaking hose should be an insurance claim and replacing an entire floor is a MAJOR ordeal.

This should not be a claim for our insurance. They are the ones who told us that everything was in working order when we picked up the camper. I feel that it should be their insurance company that pays for all of the damage.

Yeah that will never happen lol…most things are usually ok until they are not…a failure can happen anytime …could have developed a leak on the way home from the dealer…could have just “happened” while sitting in your storage area from temp changes..could be anything…that’s why you have insurance.

Good luck though hope you get it resolved

What was the final score? I'm guessing from your final post that it has been resolved in the last 3-4 weeks.
