Water Tank Issues

Hi, our fresh water tank is full, the water pump is working (however remains on) and no water is flowing out of any faucets or toilet. Additionally, there is also no water flow when hooked to city water. I am trying to troubleshoot and looking for the water pump if anyone knows location. or any other thoughts?

Much appreciated!

Check the winterizing valve in the water area it might be turned to anti-freeze instead of on. Or they may have marked the valve dirrection wrong.

If you have no water from toilet or faucets, doubt the winterizing water heater bypass is the issue. First, have you ever used the water system in the same way you are attempting to use it now? Water in fresh water tank and pump on? In other words, did this work previously? There could be a kink in the pex line; do you have access to the water pump to check physical connection visually?

"Fresh water tank is full and water pump is working (however remains on)" - what does that mean? Is the water pump running continuously? If you're not getting water out of anything how do you know the pump is "working"? Also, you said that when you connect city water you get nothing either? If so, it's not the pump or FW tank.

As another poster asked; has this worked before? Is this the same procedure used previously but all of a sudden things stopped???

Post a pic of the valves in the convenience center. If the valves are set to "winterize" than the pump will be set to draw in antifreeze from a gallon jug. If that hose is open to the air than the pump will continually run and ojly "pump air".
