Issues with jacks and sliding windows

Hi guys,
Brand new rv owner here. I just purchased a 2010 cougar . None of the sliding windows are moving nor the jacks .
Incident happened after the jacks stop working . I was pulling the rv up to release pressure from the hitch. I noticed it was struggling until it stop working . Thank you in advance

Have you checked the trailer battery? Remove the battery and have it load tested at just about any auto parts store for free.

What trailer do you have? Model number? Travel trailer? fifth Wheel? Front landing jacks or trailer tongue jack? More info will help stop the guesswork. If you go to the top of the page and open "UserCP" you can add the make, model, year of your truck and trailer so the information is readily available when you ask questions.

Thank you for the recommendation. Just did it that.
It is a 2010 keystone cougar 36’ 324rlb . Front landing jacks. Everything works but the jacks and the sliding doors.

No, it is manual. It is a large red, plastic paddle looking “key”. If your rig is a fiver, it’s usually found in the water control area, although I’ve seen them in the front compartment as well. Not as sure on a travel trailer, likely by the batteries or in the pass through storage.

It looks like this, or a variation of this:

The slides and jacks need to be connected to a battery to operate. If the batteries test good, the next logical place would be the batter shutoff
