Try it "their way" and if your trailer is level, then enjoy the "happiness"....
Alternatively, if you try it "their way" and find that your trailer "leans toward the slide and is not level"... Maybe thinking "beyond their suggestion" might hold a solution to your issue of a trailer that's not level..... YMMV
As for the "warranty". I don't know of anywhere in the warranty exclusions that setting up a campsite so the trailer is level with the slides in or out is specifically spelled out as a cause for violation of the warranty. Besides, how is a dealership or Keystone going to "prove you did it that way, in violation of an ambiguous (at best) interpretation of the warranty?????
