Was it easy enough to install? Is there nearby power? I think a MaxxFan in living vent would be most useful!

I think the hardest part is ripping the old one out and cleaning up the sealing area well enough for a good seal.
In my 2021 Cougar HT 32BHS, there is no power at this vent and the wires that pass by there are switched lighting wires, in other words, no power when the lights are off.
So what I did was drilled a small hole in top and bottom of the cabinet above the fridge just behind the face frame. I then fished the wire from the hole in the cabinet top (the ceiling) over to the vent opening. I then pushed the wire down in the bottom hole which opened up into the refrigerator enclosure. I went outside and opened the fridge vent cover and fished the wire down and then drilled a hole in the side of the fridge enclosure area into the area behind the power panel/converter box. From there it was easy peasy to add the fan to a spare fuse location on the power panel. I have several spare spaces due to the fact that the In-Command system takes care of many of the loads that are normally taking a spot on the fuse panel.
Overall, the wiring was not that bad, it sounds worse than it was but be aware that I am an electrical engineer and have been fishing wires thru walls my whole life.
When I was done, I asked my DW to see if she could find where I ran the wire and she never did. The face frame of the cabinet hides it perfectly as it is tucked neatly into the corner.
