Water issue

We have the Montana 3855br and as you walk in there’s a small cubby where you can hang coats. This morning I opened it up and my daughters jacket had fallen and it was wet and smelt moldy and mildewed. Where could the water be coming from. It seemed to be seeping up from the bottom, there was still some condensation on it. Thanks for any help.

If it were mine I’d open up basement crawl thru access panel and get a bright flashlight and start looking for a leaking fitting, etc....

Or look for evidence of water leak in the closet area coming from the roof

First welcome to the forum. Chuck has given good advice. My only question is what year is your trailer? Is it still in warranty ? Most folks put their trailer make, yodel, year as well as their tow vehicle in their signature line. You can do this by clicking on "usercp" at the top of the page and then "edit signature". Don't forget to save it when finished.

Thank you! I went ahead and updated it and yes it is still under warranty. I am actually bringing it in tomorrow for them to look at some other things.

Make certain that the dealer is made aware of the leak, documents it, and you have a written copy of that.
