Keyless Entry (RVLock Brand)

I installed a keyless entry lock on my Hideout. However it appears that the latches are not deep enough into the doorway to properly latch. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what did you do to correct this. I was thinking about putting a washer on the door frame to let the latches connect.

We take them back out and put the one that works back in.

The lockset and mounting plate may have just enough room to slide over towards the frame before you tighten the screws.

Okay what I ended up doing was take 2 small washers to shim out the strike plate. Now the latch and dead bolt latch up and have a solid connection.
