There are two circuit breakers located in the forward compartment along with an in line fuse holder. If your motor is not making any sound at all, it's probably one of these. If it is making a grinding noise, they you may have sheared a pin on the gear.

Hey Randy, how do you get into the landing gear to lube it? It looks like a sealed unit and there doesn't appear to be any grease nipples.

My landing gear has 12 volt motor to extend or retract with venture landing gears .on the top of the landing gear jack is a clip on dust cover plate. Small bladed screw driver pry off. Inside the gears. Grease it up. If you have trouble to access the driver side like I did. I made a acces door with hinges through the storage compartment. If you have hydraulic I can't help.

Mine is also 12 volt. I will try to pry off the caps and access the gears to apply some grease. Thanks for the help. It seems odd that the manufacturers wouldn't install a couple of grease nipples; the cost would be negligible and the benefit would be substantial.

Just as John said, there is a fuse in the line (red wire) near the + battery terminal. On my first trip out with our new trailer I tried to retract the landing gear too far and blew this fuse. Easy to do! If there is no motor noise or sound, I would bet that that is the problem.

This reminds me that I need to buy spare 30 amp fuses or replace with a 30 amp circuit breaker.

There is a thread on marking your landing gear for min. & max height. I personally mark mine with spay paint to the limits where I load and unload. My rig is heavy in front had a lot of problems with slow and almost stop while extending the jacks. I investigated and found out keystone should have put a motor for each jack. Not one motor with drive shaft. This information came from venture. So I installed 1 new landing gear with motor and extra switch. What a difference with now 2 motors. Problem solved and shame on keystone. I now have 1 landing gear driver side. and drive shaft left over nothing wrong with them. ( hate to throw anything away )

Now that you know where it is, I would give some thought to replacing it with an automatic resetting circuit breaker. That way you only would have to wait a few seconds.

Re: greasing landing gear.
On our Cougar, the Lippert landing gear is electric motor/gear driven. There are two grease zerks on the front of each landing leg housing (upper tube). They are very hard to see as they are painted black.
