Removing a shower enclosure and shower pan?

My shower pan is cracked and I have a new one to replace it. Im having issues getting the shower enclosure out. I have all the screws out and have cut the silicone with a utility knife, have taken the top frame rail off but I can't seem to figure out what is holding the shower frame to the walls? and how do I get the door off? Any help is appreciated!! I used the search function but didn't find anything, if someone has a thread with a write-up to this that would be perfect

Welcome to the forum

Without knowing year and model, I can make an educated guess:

The door rails are held on by screws and a heavy bead of silicone as I remember. The door will have a screw at the top of the frame that goes into the plastic hinge pin.

I actually just found this video finally, I believe it answers my questions. Looks as though the side jamb has 3 screws holding it into the wall and the panels slide out of the jamb and on top of the enclosure is two brackets holding the different door panels together. Going to need a stubby screwdriver with the 6" of clearance above the enclosure.
