Remote Door Locks Issue

Our Alpine came with remote door locks that I think every house should have. The other day we were going throught he keys and trying them and the main door key barely worked. It needs lubed probably but here's a heads up for everybody to do it befory you need it and the lock doesn't work

Programming Your Remote

How were you able to program your remote. I have a 5 button remote and I can't seem to get it programed. Who might be able to help. Keystone has no real solution on their website for this assistance. I appreciate your efforts.
