I also hope that he used quick connect fittings made for propane and not the ones Home Depot sells for air compressors. Those fittings leak and that would be an explosion waiting to happen.

Question about the extended grill mount. In the photo it appears that you can move your grill out on a 90 to the trailer, instead of straight back. Did you just cut the little metal bar that prevents this from being an option normally? Also in relation, did you "need" to extend the arm in order to be able to fit the grill past the trailer with the arm on a 90?

Yes cut the stop so it would swing farther drilled a hole for the pin. My thought with making it slide was so i could use it while raining and tight camp spots.

Very nice fit up. Don't you love using pocket screws for joinery? - I would be lost without my Kreg.

But did you need to make it slide in order for it to extended far enough from the side of the trailer? If you didn't make the extension would it still work?

Thanks for doing this btw, something I have yet to do but have been wanting to do. This gives me confidence.

You are welcome. To be honest open to orginal position 90degrees from back bumper is ok.

The extension was to get past my awning arm and give access to my fridge
