Power stabilizers

I just today returned from a trip to South Carolina. Unfortunately for me, sometime during the trip the motor for the rear stabilizers decided to fall off. It happened during our time on the road. Not sure how it happened as we did not hit anything on the road, and I think it unlikely that just road conditions made that happen. Anyway, I was left with just the wire dragging the ground for the motor. Anybody else experience this issue? I have a 3700 Montana. I can still crank them down manually. Thanks.
