Have you turned it on and gone outside to see if the clearance lights come on? This was explained at the PDI when you picked up the camper from the dealer?

If you are asking about exterior running lights they are only powered by the tow vehicle.

I've seen a couple campers at our rec club that have the running lights on at night. They have a unit that plugs in to the pigtail that makes them light up. Not sure if you have that unit plugged it maybe that switch will turn them on and off. I will ask around tonight when im out there.
