Slide won’t move

We have a 2020 Keystone Silverdale sg295bh. It has one slide and it currently will not retract or extend. The battery is good. Does anyone have any ideas?

After checking the battery cutoff, check the fuse.
Are you plugged into shore power?
Do the lights in the cabin work?

I am not familiar with your particular model, but if you have a battery cut off switch, it will most likely be in the battery compartment, or very near to it. If it is a fuse issue, your 12v fuses are in the same place as your 110v circuit breakers. Due to the electrical demands of your slider, as mentioned, it is usually to be on shore power if possible. If not a fully charged battery is a must.

Good Luck,
