Not oury favorite OOPS

Just made a long trip up to UP Michigan (Houghton), and really nice trip, mostly 4 lane roads, and mostly smooth roads! Some construction in the south on I39/I90, but overall no delays.
Always try to plan ahead for gas stations, with them always being busy during the day. Getting gas on in northern Wisconsin, I came within about 1/2 inch of a gas station post. Fortunately, I glanced in the rearview mirror about a tenth of a second before hitting the post! Dodged the same corner crash on that one.

Watch your rear, from both the front and back!

Good words of advice.

Good news on my rig today. The fiberglass specialist says he can fix it without order a new rear cap. He was concerned before inspecting of stress crack throughout the cap, which thankfully there weren't any. Estimate should be complete tomorrow. And an ETA of 3-4 weeks

So sorry for sure! I got a tightness in my chest just looking at the photos! Happy for your good news on the repair!

Well, I just received the damage estimate and it was far less than I assumed it would have been, just a handful of dollars shy of 4K. Fiberglass repair over replacing the rear cap. Bad news is they estimate 3-4 weeks for the completion of repairs and the good news is they should be able to address all of the minor warranty fixes whiles its there as well. More bad news, this could be the end of my camping season...
