2010 Fuzion 383 Toy Hauler + Can-Am

We own the above RV and are considering trading our Goldwing for a Can-Am (due to health issues). The dealer tells us that there is 4 1/2 inches clearance underneath the Can-Am. Anyone have any trouble with the ramp or damage to the underside of the trike? The Can-Am has reverse in case it makes a difference whether we drive in or back in.

Thanks so much for your feedback.

We have a Fuzion 310 TH and a Can Am RS. Been on the road for 4 months and have yet to high center the Spyder on the ramp. There have been a site or two that might have caused issues with too steep a ramp angle, but we saw that before unhitching the TH and simply unloaded / loaded it up before leveling the unit. Others have raised the front legs on the trailer to get a lesser slope on the ramp with success.

We always front in our Spyder. The Spyder's nose has an easier time hitting and sliding on the ramp surface than digging into the dirt. I strap it to the tiedowns in the front, through the wheels, not via the suspension arms. Tie the back with one strap again through the wheel, not via the drive belt sprocket. Some tie the back using the passenger pegs but I've found one strap through the wheel is quite secure.
