Getting back to the original question, the only way to have no movement is to place the frame on a concrete foundation. There is no way that 6 round shaft hydraulic jacks extended to the ground like these are designed to be will stop ALL movement. We have movement in our 2012 3402RL, but compared to our old 25 ft 5th wheel trailer that had electric jacks in the front and scissor stabilizers on the rear corners, we are rock solid. It is all expectation and reality, just have to understand what is possible, weight and cost being a big factor. You might add a couple of scissor jacks on the rear corners, but the minute you start jacking with the scissors, you lose the stability provided by the hydraulic jacks. You might also try to borrow a tripod for the kingpin to see if that helps. Good luck.
