Fuzion 325 rear awning won't extend

Hi all,

Our rear awning doesn't do anything when you push the button, no sound and its never been used. Any ideas?

Also, almost everything in the trailer that needs to be labeled is backwards...So frustrating

I have a 325. All the awnings are powered by 12Volts. The first thing I would do is pull the switch to see if there is power.

It could be binding, mine does this occasionally. You will need to physically (with your hands) free it up. If I remember correctly, it has to do with the side supports not being stored correctly when last retracted.
