No, not that I'm aware of, but you can go to the black tab line at the top of every forum webpage, click on "Community", then click on "Social Groups" and search the available social groups. If you don't see what you are interested in, you can click on "Start A New Group" and follow the prompts to create a social group that interests you.
That said, if other members don't join "your group discussion" then you may be the only interested member.
